Improve the functionality of the app (there’s similarly priced activity trackers that have better apps than this) and it would be much better (adding in the “start exercise” from app instead of pressing on the watch which I can never get to work and it starts on its own when I don’t want it to! My issue I’d be interested in knowing if they’ve resolved is it not wiping data when you change time zones! When I went away for a week in the summer, first it lost all the previous data when I synched to the new time, then it lost the time I was away when I returned! Has this been fixed?Īlso the way the data is presented, only in detail for that day and no analysis available for previous days is quite restrictive. It’s pretty basic but it will record fairly accurate steps. I’ve had my VFP watch and app about 6 months now. Not too bad, but needs to work across time zones! (It’s making me want to change to an actual Fitbit □) Please sort this bug out, I’m sick and tired of having huge gaps in my data after using this app for so long. It’s like a roulette of whether or not I’ll be able to document what I need. Some weeks everything is fine but others there is nothing to report. It is highly infuriating working so hard during the week only to be met with no data results by the end of it. Regardless of me wearing the watch the entire time, always fully charged, constantly stepping and doing daily activities - there is no log to be seen. I’m not sure whether the app has had an update but I’ve noticed that over the last few months when I check my progress on the app, there will be a large number of consecutive days that will have no data logged. Over the last 5 years the app has worked great, brilliant even - but not recently. I use this app primarily to monitor how many steps I take daily and how many calories I burn when I do an activity. I have used this app for my smart watch for years, I think I could be going on about 5 years now.
